- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC) intends to procure Lodging for US Army Reservists, for Fort Eustis, VA. The request for quotation (RFQ) number is W911S0-10-T-0016. The RFQ document incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2006-012. This acquisition is set-aside 100% for Small Business and the NAICS Code is 721110 Hotels (except Casino Hotels) and Motels., size standard $7M. This requirement is firm-fixed price procurement and will be procured using commercial item procedures and award selection will be based on lowest price and technically acceptable. The technical expert will evaluate the quotes on the basis of information furnished by the offeror and specifications provided in the RFQ. All response to this notice shall be submitted one hard copy original to Mission Installations Contracting Command (MICC), ATTN: Saundra Diggs, 2746 Harrison Loop, Fort Eustis, VA 23604, an electronic copy shall be submitted to saundra.v.diggs@us.army.mil. Due date for receipt of quote is 9:00 A.M. EDST on 26 February 2010. CLIN 0001 Lodging Rooms, qty. 1655 rooms each, PRICING IS BASED ON A RATE OF $_______ PER NIGHT, PER ROOM. SINGLE OCCUPANCY TEMPORARY HOUSING ; CLIN 0002. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE FIVE (5) LODGING SPACES IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT $________. Late offers: Quotes or modification of quotes received at the address specified for the receipt of offers after the exact time specified for receipt of offers will not be considered. Evaluation/Award: IAW FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, the Government will award a purchase order resulting from this RFQ once a technical evaluation of offerors quotes has been evaluated to determine technical acceptability. Response Time: All quotes will be accepted at the Mission and Installation Contracting Command Center Fort Eustis located at 2746 Harrison Loop, Fort Eustis, VA 23604-5292, no later than 0900 a.m. EST on 26 February 2010. All quotes shall be marked with the Request for Quotation Number, Date and Time. Facsimile and electronic mail proposals will not be accepted. Note: All offerors shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) before being considered for award. Information concerning CCR requirements may be viewed via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov or by calling the CCR Registration Center at 1-888-227-2423.
