Description
Solicitation The is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Defense Human Resources Activity (DHRA) intends to award on a competitive basis, a contract to provide Program Support Manager and Administrative Support Technician services to support the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) Field Committee Programs. A detailed description of the requirement, the CLINs, proposal submission instructions, and all provisions, clauses, and addenda that apply to this requisition can be found in the attached solicitation. The solicitation number ins H98210-10-R-0004 and issued as a request for proposal (RFP). THe NAICS code is 561110 and the small business size standard is $7.0 million. Contract award type shall be a Firm-Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity/(IDIQ) Requirements Contract. The Period of Performance shall be a 12 month base period from date of award with four 12 month option periods. Delivery shall be designated on each individual delivery/task order. FOB Destination. Offerors shall submit their proposals in accordance with the submission instructions contained in the solicitation by 2:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time), Friday March 19, 2010. Only proposals received within the response timeframe with be considered by the Government. Offerors are responsible for downloading the solicitation, all of its supporting documents, and any applicable amendments posted on Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) at http://www.fbo.gov. Amendments may be posted to FedBizOpps up until the response due date. All requests for clarification must be submitting in writing via email to the Contract Specialist, James Church, at james.church@osd.pentagon.mil by 2:00 PM EST February 26, 2010.
