RECOVERY - RFP - Energy Conservation Upgrades, Anchorage Historic Federal Office Building Modernization Project, Anchorage, Alaska THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS PROPOSED ACTION WILL RESULT IN A TASK ORDER ISSUED AGAINST AN EXISTING MUTIPLE AWARD TASK ORDER CONTRACT (MATOC) FOR DESIGN BUILD SERVICES TO INCLUDE ENERGY CONSERVATION UPGRADES IN SUPPORT OF THE PLANNED AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT (ARRA), RECOVERY PROJECTS FOR THE MODERNIZATION OF THE ANCHORAGE HISTORIC FEDERAL BUILDING LOCATED IN ANCHORAGE, ALASKA. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO CURRENT NSC MATOC CONTRACT HOLDERS. This is not a request for quotations. The Design and Construction Division, Northwest Arctic Region, General Services Administration (GSA), desires to obtain Energy conservation upgrades for a Recovery-funded design build project. The resultant task order will be competed amongst current eligible MATOC only. This acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code of 236220 Product.
