Description

CORRECTION: Amendment 3 extended the Bid Opening to March 4, 2010, 2PM, CST. USDA-Natural Resources Conservation Service is announcing a project under the Emergency Watershed Protection Program for the City of Gonzales, Texas. The work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals required to stabilize the right bank on the Guadalupe Rive, immediately downstream of the hydroelectric dam in the City of Gonzales. The work will include approximately 5,000 cy of excavation and disposal of earth materials and approximately 7,200 tons of rock riprap placement in accordance with the specifications and drawings. The estimated price range is $500,000 to $1,000,000. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted o/a January 26, 2010. SITE SHOWING INFORMATION: Site Showing is scheduled for Feb 2, 10 at at 9:00 am, CST, Gonzales City Hall, 820 St Joseph Street, Gonzales, TX.
