- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Seeks Leased Office Space Los Angeles, CA The United States Government seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 14,883 rentable square feet (yielding a minimum of 12,942 ANSI/ BOMA Office Area square feet) in Los Angeles, CA within the following delineated area: North - Washington Blvd South - Vernon Ave East - Figueroa Street West - Vermont Ave The proposed lease term is 15 years, 10 years firm, and shall be fully serviced. A single tenant or multi-tenant facility is acceptable; space preferably located on the first floor, but can be located on the 2 nd floor or above if there are at least two (2) elevators accessible by the public in the building. Available space must be contiguous and the location must provide four (4) on-site, reserved, surface parking spaces for the tenant. Building offered for consideration must be of sound and substantial construction. The offered space must meet Government requirements for GSA Fire Protection and Life Safety Standards and Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABAAS) requirements. Any proposals submitted by brokers/ agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent the building owner. Sub-Leases are unacceptable. The space must be available for occupancy no later than April 16, 2011. Expressions of interest must be submitted in writing and should include the following information at a minimum: - Building name/ address - Location of space in the building and date it will be available - Drawing of space offered (entire floor plan) and 1 st floor plan if located on the 2 nd floor or above - Rentable square feet offered - Common Area Factor used to determine (RSF) - Name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address of authorized contact If you have space that meets or exceeds these requirements, please contact Alejandra Guzman at 213-894-5828.
