- RECOVERY-TAS: 14 1041: CUVA PMIS# 152150 - Well Plugging This is a PRESOLICITATION Notice for the following: Procurement is 100% set aside for Total Small Business Concerns. Project Name: Well Plugging and Abandoning Wells The North American Industry Classification System (NACIS) Code: 213112 "Plugging and Abandoning Wells" The Small Business Size Standard is $7.0 million In accordance with FAR Subpart 36.204, the magnitude of the requirement for this contract is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00 The Solicitation Number for this Project is N616710A003. The US Department of the Interior, National Park Service, Ohio Major Acquisition Buying Office is soliciting proposals from Small Businesses for a firm-fixed-price construction contract to provide all labor, supplies, equipment and material necessary to perform all operations required for the successful completion of the above named project. Work includes, but is not limited to: Plug three orphaned oil and gas wells in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Ohio Department of Natural Resources, Division of Oil and Gas. Work is at three (3) different locations, all within the boundaries of Cuyahoga Valley National Park, Boston Township, Cuyahoga, and Summit Counties in Ohio. This requirement is funded under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (Recovery Act). In accordance with contract clause 52.204-11 American Recovery and Reinvestment Act Reporting Requirements, the contractor is required to register in FederalReporting.gov and report certain information as required by the clause. Reports shall be submitted during the first 10 days after the end of each calendar quarter. A site visit will be scheduled for all interested and qualified parties with the time and date to be announced in the Solicitation. The Solicitation and attachments will be posted electronically on or about March 04, 2010 at the following website: www/fedbizopps.gov. All Amendments will also be posted to this website. Responses will be due approximately 30 days following the date of posting of the Solicitation unless extended. The point of contact for this Solicitation is Laurie Walker, Contract Specialist, National Park Service, Midwest Regional Office. E-mail address is laurie_walker@nps.gov. Once posted, the solicitation can be accessed through www.fbo.gov by searching for the Solicitation Number N616710A003, and then clicking on the link to the IDEAS-EC website. After clicking on the link that takes you to the IDEAS-EC website, click on the "Clauses and Attachments" link in the small blue box to access and download at the project Specifications, Site Maps, Wage Determination, Clauses and Provisions, Bid Schedule and other supporting documents. Individual requests for Solicitation packages will NOT be accepted and no packages are available in hard copy. Responses from Officers' will be accepted in hard copy format only, at the address of the point of contact stated earlier in this announcement. All offers must be received by the due date and time stated in the Solicitation. This Announcement does not constitute the Solicitation.
