Description: This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICTATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation No. Q3400100073 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and will be issued as an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Request (Base year plus four option years) and will be awarded as a firm-fixed price contract for Commercial Items, using simplified acquisition procedures. This procurement is solicited as a small business set aside. Responses are due on or before February 26, 2010. The period of performance of this contract shall be from award date through September 30, 2010, with four (4) option years.
