THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO DENNY SANDERS CONSTRUCTION, 822 TECH DRIVE, LYNN HAVEN, FL 32444, UNDER CONTRACT WC133F-09-SE-4476. This serves as notice of award of Modification 0001, against Contract Number WC133F-09-SE-4476 issued to Denny Sanders Construction Incorporated of Lynn Haven, FL, under its contract for construction services to support the National Marine Fisheries Service, Panama City Facility. Modification 0001 is for the revision of the existing Statement of Work (SOW) that was incorporated into the contract when the contract was signed on September 14, 2009. This SOW revision will provide for the deletion of security screens over exterior windows in the Gear Storage Building and the addition of a split system Air Conditioning unit and associated electrical connection in the Server Room of the Main Laboratory Building. The SOW revision will be at no additional cost to the Government and will extend the original period of performance fifteen (15) calendar days, from 03/30/2010 to 04/14/2010.
