Description
RECOVERY. THIS PROJECT IS FUNDED IN WHOLE OR IN PART BY THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009 (ARRA) PL 111-15 AND IS SUBJECT TO THE REPORTING REQUIREMENTS OF FAR 52.204-11 This notice is provided for informational purposes only. This opportunity is open to all qualified small business contractors including contractors under GSA Schedule 51 V (SIN 515 002). The purpose of this contract is to provide the BIA with rental equipment needed to conduct bridge repairs in rural New Mexico. The projected period of performance is up to a maximum of 6 months GENERAL INFORMATION AND REQUIREMENTS: The U.S. Department of the Interior, Bureau of Indian Affairs requires rental equipment to be furnished on a weekly or monthly basis to equip Bureau personnel to conduct bridge repairs on Bureau lands. The equipment required is indicated below: 1. Tamper Plate CompactorReversible 24"X34", Cat Class 300-1470, Engine Honda/9 gasoline, weight 706 lbs.2. Skid Steer Loader60" wide 1/3 yd dirt bucket, w/ 6"-24" Auger attachment w/ bid, 60" sweeper, breaker, hammer point, T-post Driver3. Jumping Jack Vibrating rammer-compactor 2 cycle engine-gas, Cat Class 300-15604. Air Compressor185cfm, Towable w/ 1"X50' Hose, 4' Plow pipe, Cat Class 340-1340, Diesel operated engine, weight 2, 170 lbs.5. Air Breaker Hammer Pneumatic 30to 90lbs, w/ 1"X1/8" to 4-1/4" Chisels and moil point, Cat Class 100-1520 to 100-1540.6. Walk Behind Asphalt Saw13 hp, Cat Class 150-2180, arbor size 1", depth of cut 7-5/8"7. Replacement Blades for walk-behind saw (#6 above) 10 ea.7. Sand Blaster Blast Machine 300lb, w/ ?"X100' air hose, 4'X3/4" steel tube spray nozzle w/ shut off and on control valve, Personnel protective equipment- hood, breathing air hose, jacket-glove.8 Medium Blast Slag10# Bags 100 ea Equipment is to be provided on a rental basis with weekly and/or monthly rates. The contractor will be responsible for delivery and pick-up at the BIA delivery address. The contractor will also be responsible for any required maintenance or servicing of equipment (other than routine fuel or fluid level checks/repleinishment) needed to maintain the equipment in proper operating order.
