- United States Government Seeks Leased Office Space In jackson, wy The United States Government seeks to lease contiguous office space. The space offered must consist of approximately 1,656 Rentable Square Feet in Jackson, Wyoming. The space must yield 1,440 ANSI/BOMA Office Area Square Feet. A minimum of three (3) secured, structured parking spaces are required. All services, supplies, utilities and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Security, Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Subleases are not acceptable. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area: City of Jackson and City of Alpine The proposed lease is for fifteen (15) years, ten (10) years firm, and must be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than March 1, 2011 All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building's ownership. In no event shall the Offeror enter into negotiations or discussions concerning the space to be leased with representatives of any Federal agency other than the General Services Administration (GSA) Contracting Officer or their authorized broker representative, CB Richard Ellis.
