NSN 1670-00-103-0532, PR number 0025135105, parachute, skirt type extended main (sewed)) used on target drones/consolidated targets. Solicitation is for 293 each to be shipped to New Cumberland, PA within 560 days After Receipt of Order. Approved source are Mills Mfg. Corp, CAGE 02693, Airborne Systems North America, CAGE 05QR4, FXC Corporation, CAGE 56600 and Northrop Grumman, CAGE 77646. Part Number is 94453-509. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Solicitation is unrestricted for business size. Other than full and open competition in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C ) (1). Automated Best Value System (AVBS) and/or the Past Performance Information Retrieval System-Statistical Reporting (PPIRS-SR) will be used as an evaluation factor. The solicitation issue date is March 03, 2010 with a closing date of April 05, 2010. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
