- Att 4 - Tank Sites Map and Drawings Att 3 - DOL Wage Determination Att 2 - Site Driving Directions Att 1 - California Map RFQ Body SF1449 RECOVERY - THIS IS A COMBINED SOLICITATION SYNOPSIS seeking potential Small Business interests in Commercial Items and capable to compete and perform a Firm Fixed Price contract. The work will consist of the Inspection, Cleaning and Repair of Reservoir Water Tanks located in Cleveland National Forest, San Diego, CA 92127 in the Counties of San Diego, Riverside, and Orange. The specific locations for the 19 tank sites are furnished in the attached Request for Quote. The contractor shall provide all management and project administration services, quality control, logistical support, vehicles, equipment and materials to complete the project on time and on schedule. The proposed acquisition will be issued as a firm-fixed price contract. The estimated range of magnitude is $50,000 to $100,000. Contract performance time is 60 Calandar Days. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 221310. Contractors are required to be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA).
