Description
The U.S. Army, Army Contracting Command (ACC) Joint Munitions & Lethality (JM&L) Contracting Center, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ 07806-5000, on behalf of the Project Manager-Maneuver Ammunition Systems (PM-MAS) Office, is seeking sources to provide trade show display services to include manufacturing and transportation capabilities at various Trade Show/Conferences scheduled throughout the year. Duties may include packing, shipping to and from various locations, assembling/disassembling at shows, convention center administrative paperwork, maintaining and proper storage of equipment. The Potential firms should be able to design, engineer, manufacture, maintain and repair display items that support the booth as well as small display areas throughout PM-MAS, Bldg. 354, Picatinny, NJ. These modifications of existing and/or new display items may include the addition/deletion of communication technologies (videos, lights, audio), electrical, computer hardware/software, or modification to hard surfaces such as large poster boards/paneling. Interested sources shall also be able to design and provide in large quantities brochure type materials to be handed to visitors during the shows. Interested sources must have a storage facility large enough to store the Government owned booth, as required, that is climate and humidity controlled throughout the year so that no damage shall occur to the equipment. The firms location is required to be within a 30-mile radius to Picatinny, NJ to accommodate accessibility of stored display items for selection or inspection purposes which can be under strict time constraints. Due to short lead times, an in-house manufacturing facility is necessary at the contractor site. The PM-MAS booth is a Laarhoven product; as such, interested vendors should be very familiar with this product line and respond accordingly with their experience with Laarhoven products. This synopsis is open to all business concerns; however, in accordance with FAR 19.501, the Governments intent is to establish Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA's) with small businesses. In the event there aren't enough responses from responsible, capable small businesses, then large business responses will be accepted. All interested and potential firms must be registered in CCR, and current firms must update once a year to maintain active status. Please visit the CCR website to register and update, https://www.bpn.gov/ccr/default.aspx. Whether applying for assistance awards, contracts, or other business opportunities, all entities are considered "registrants". Registration in no way guarantees that a contract or assistance award will be awarded. The following information is required to register in CCR: DUNS Number; Tax Identification Number (TIN) and Taxpayers Name; Statistical Information about your business; Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) Information. Once a business has been registered in CCR, it also has to be registered in ORCA, https://orca.bpn.gov/. On the left side of the CCR web page there is a link to ORCA. Firms/companies are invited to indicate their interests and capabilities by providing specifications, brochures, manuals, reports, information pertaining to experience on previous projects, specific work previously performed or being performed and any other specific and pertinent information as pertains to this particular area of procurement that would enhance our consideration and evaluation of the information submitted. All information is to be submitted via email (10MB limit) at no cost or obligation to the Government; information provided will not be returned. Responses shall also indicate the size of the business entity; large or small and a copy of the most recent ORCA certifications. Please provide the name of your firm, address, POC, phone/fax number, and email address. TELEPHONE INQUIRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The Government will accept written questions by email.
