- RECOVERY - This contract is being funded in whole by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. Receipt of this award is contingent on the recipient meeting the requirements in Section 1512, (reports on use of funds) of the Recovery Act. See Far Clause 52.204-11. Project Location: Sac & Fox Nation, Stroud, Oklahoma 74079; Lincoln County. NAICS 237310, PSC Y222. Contractor will provide all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals necessary to construct a parking lot with entrances and driveways, and a road leading to the Tribal Cemetery in accordance with the solicitation documents. Project Estimate is between $1,000,000 - $5,000,000. This project is being solicited and will be awarded under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. This project is not being set-a-side under the Buy Indian Act, but the successful contractor will be required to comply with Section 7(b) of the Public Law 93-638 (25 U.S.C. 450E) and 41 CFR 14-1.354, which requires that preference opportunities in employment and training be given to Indian/Alaskan individuals and that preference in the award of subcontracts be given to Indian/Alaskan economic enterprises. Bond Requirements: Bid Guarantee required with bid offer. Performance and Payment Bonds required after award. A Site Visit will be held on March 17, 2010 at 11:00 am on site.
