Description

RECOVERY. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY and is issued in accordance with the guidance in the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. This procurement is a small business 8(a) set aside to Watermark Environmental, Inc. utilizing a design-build acquisition to replace the existing rubber membrane roofing system with a new white TPO membrane roof system and the addition of insulation in the attic. The membrane and insulation are identified as a Base Project. Building envelope items are also identified as Option Items contingent upon available funding. This acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification systems (NAICS) code 238160, Roofing Contractors.
