Description

Wage Determination Section C - Description/Specifications/Statement of Work SF18 This is a combined synopsis / solicitation for Janitorial Service (Includes Carpet Cleaning) for the Los Padres National Forest Monterey Ranger District in King City California (See attached RFQ AG-91Y9-S-10-0005). This procurement is being procured in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. All responses must be in writing and may be faxed to 626-821-6799 or email (kcarvajal@fs.fed.us). This is a simplified acquisition with an estimated value of less than $100,000.00. Quote must be all inclusive. Period of Performance: Base Period: 03/01/2010 - 09/30/2010 Plus 4 Option Years: 10/01/2010 - 09/30/2014 Site visit can be arranged with COR Joni Vanpelt (831-385-5434 / jvanpelt@fs.fed.us) to profice better and accurate quote.
