Description

RECOVERYThis is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-36. The solicitation number is Q9455100030, and the solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation is unrestricted but small business concerns are encouraged to submit a quote. The NAICS code is 335311. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. Clauses and provisions can be found at http://www.arnet.gov/far. This solicitation will result in award of one fixed-price contract. This requirement is funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) and the contractor must meet all reporting requirements as described in FAR 52.204-11. The Contradctor shall report the required information using the online reporting tool available at www.Federal Reporting.gov. The National Park Service has a requirement to purchase two (2) 25 KVA pad mounted Transformers, radial feed, 13,800 volts Primary, Delta Primary, 240/120 volts secondary, Bayonet fuses. Delivery: F.O.B. Destination to: Mount Rainier National Park, L-201 Park Warehouse, Longmire, WA 98397. Delivery date to be scheduled after award by Contracting Officer between April 15 and June 15, 2010. PRICE SCHEDULE: CLIN0001, 25 KVA PM Transformers, quantity 2 $____________Total Lump Sum Delivered CLAUSES & PROVISIONS: The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this solicitation. Award will be made on the basis of "best value" to the contractor that the Government determines can best satisfy the objectives and requirements of this Request for Quotations, in a manner most advantageous to the Government, e.g. capable of supplying all cable, delivered at a fair and reasonable price. Quoters must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database in order to be considered eligible for award. The CCR website is http://www.ccr.gov. Quoters must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications, Commercial Items, with its offer, or be electronically registered at the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) website.
