THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDERRECOVERY - Campus Wide Elevator Study A/E Study (Survey/Evaluation, etc.) for Project #662-09-711 This notice is provided for informational purposes only. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a Task Order to The Design Partnership under VISN 21 IDIQ contract VA 261-P-0644, IAW department guidelines for recovery projects. This is not an invitation for proposals, it is only being provided for informational purposes per department policies. The A/E shall provide professional engineering services to assess, analyze, and evaluate of the elevators on the SFVAMC campus to include Buildings 1, 2, 6, 7, 13, 200, 203, 208 and 209. There is a possibility that asbestos may be encountered during this study. A/E shall provide all necessary/required professional engineering services to include, but not limited to: investigative/evaluation/design services, tools, equipment, materials, labor, travel, expertise, supervision, testing, analysis, and specialty services to accomplish all items and requirements outlined in this SOW.
