- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN 3), James J. Peters VA Medical Center, Bronx New York, Network Acquisitions and Logistics is conducting a market research for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB); Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB); 8a; HubZone and Small Businesses. The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification. Determine if you have the ability and capability of meeting the government's needs for companies who are in the business of Microsoft Systems Center Configuration architecture (SCC). The SCC system manages def.mof; Tier 4 level; SMS Citrix; SQL programming language; Windows Vista Operating System; VISN Centric Model; ImedConsent; CCOW; Stentillon; PIV, VISTA imaging; CPRS; Reflection; EPO Agent, etc. Please respond to this email ONLY if you are capable and well experienced in providing this type of service to other facilities similar to the VA New York Harbor Healthcare System - Brooklyn, NY. In your response include information about your company and prior experiences in this field and also indicate if you have prior experience with VA hospitals, a service capability statement, DUNS number, point of contact and the size of your business pursuant to the following questions; (1) Is your business large or small? (2) If small, does your firm qualify as a small, emerging business? (3) If disadvantaged, specify under which disadvantaged group and if your firm is certified under Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act? (4) Is your firm a certified Hub Zone firm? (5) Is your firm a woman-owned or operated business? (6) Is your firm a certified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned or Veteran Owned Small Business? Applicants must demonstrate experience of providing required services, preferred if the applicant had provided same or similar services to other VA Medical Centers throughout the United States.
