Description
Sources Sought Notice for National Information Management Center Services: Records Management & Libraries Support Posted Date: February 1, 2010 Procurement Office: U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), National Procurement Contract Service Center (3803R), 1200 Pennsylvania Ave., NW Washington, DC 20460 Response Date: February 16, 2010 2:00 PM EST The United States Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA's) Office of Acquisition Management, on behalf of the Office of Environmental Information (OEI), is conducting market research to determine the interest of 8(a) certified companies for records management and libraries support services. The EPA intends to set aside this requirement for 8(a) certified businesses provided that market research yields a sufficient number of businesses available to perform the work. This is not a request for proposals. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this Sources Sought Notice or reimburse the costs incurred by potential contractors in providing the information requested. The EPA's OEI requires records management and libraries support services at headquarters and regional offices across the country. More detailed information can be found in the draft Statement of Work posted on the following web site: http://www.epa.gov/oamhpod1/adm_placement/IMCS3/index.htm The North American Classification Standard (NAICS) code for this requirement is 518210 with a size standard of $125.0 million. The Government intends to award a five (5) year ID/IQ contract. The EPA desires responses to this sources sought notice from 8(a) certified businesses only. Those 8(a)s also certified as Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) shall identify themselves as such. Interested firms shall demonstrate their capabilities by providing examples of recent or past (within the last two years) federal contracts similar in size, scope and complexity to the requirements outlined in the aforementioned statement of work. The capability examples should include the contract number, contract dollar value, contract requirements, and the Government point of contact. Submissions shall be limited to no more than ten (10) pages. Standard brochures will not be considered as a sufficient response to this notice.
