ATTACHMENT 8 - WAGE DETERMINATION ATTACHMENT 7 - PERFORMANCE PLAN ATTACHMENT 6 - STATEMENT OF WORK ATTACHMENT 5 - TRACKING RECORD ATTACHMENT 4 - QUESTIONAIRE ATTACHMENT 3 - TRANSMITTAL LETTER ATTACHMENT 2 - AUTHORIZATION LETTER ATTACHMENT 1 - FACTS SHEET EXHIBIT A - CDRL (DD1423) RFP FA8501-10-R-0011 This is a notice of solicitation for Phosphoric Acid Anodize Service to support Robins AFB, GA. This acquisition will be Full and Open Competition with no restrictions. The Government anticipates award of a 6 month basic period of performance and three one month options. The Government will use the Price and Performance Trade-Off Strategy (PPT). Specific proposal preparation instructions and evaluation basis for award will be detailed in the RFP. The Government anticipates award of the contract 12 March 2010 and full performance beginning 1 April 2010. All responsible offerors' proposals will be considered for award. Proposed period of performance is as follows: Basic POP: 1 April 2010 - 30 Sep 2010; Option I: 1 October 2010 - 31 October 2010; Option II: 1 November 2010 - 30 November 2010; Option III: 1 December 2010 - 31 December 2010
