- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the acquisition of commercial supplies in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for commercial items found at FAR 13.5 as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation with PAPER COPIES of this solicitation will NOT BE AVAILABLE. This synipsis SHALL be posted on NECO (http://www.neco.navy.mil). This solicitation number is N00604-10-T-3013. This solicitation is being submitted as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a firm fixed price type contract with a requested delivery date of February 16, 2010. The NAICS code is 423440 and the Business Standard is 100 employees. The proposed contract action is for commercial supplies for thich the Government shall solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.501(a)(1)(ii). All bids, proposals, or quotes received by the closing response date will be considered by the Government. The Regional Contracting Department, Fleet Industrial and Supply Center, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii requires various parts and supplies for the Navy Fire Dept, including Aquaflow plus, Aluminum Coupling, mobile hose racks, etc. Responsibility and Inspection: All material will be inspected and accepted at destination.
