Description

The US Geological Survey (USGS) has a requirement for pesticide use estimates and related parameters, including estimated reliability of estimates by crop and Active Ingredients for 2008 and 2009; and Pesticide use data provided on a state and crop reporting district level, including seed trait data for cotton, corn, soybeans, indicating types of seed and genetic traits and acreages from 1998 through 2009. The attached Performance Based Work Statement is hereby incorporated into this synopsis. See the attached Performance Based Work Statement for further requirement details. The USGS is seeking sources that can provide for the requirement specified in the attached SOW. Therefore, it is posting a synopsis seeking any vendor who believes he can provide the same product. Vendors are invited to contact the Contracting Officer, via email: jenglehart@usgs.gov no later than 1:00 PM EST, Friday, February 5, 2010 with an affirmative answer. This synopsis is not an official Request for Quote (RFQ). The Government is only seeking sources at this time.
