THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS PROPOSED ACTION WILL BE AGAINST A PUBLIC BUILDINGS SERVICE (PBS) BLANKET PURCHASE ORDER (BPA), WHICH WAS ISSUED AGAINST AN EXISTING FEDERAL SUPPLY SCHEDULE PROGRAM FOR PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES (PES), FOR SPECIAL ITEM NUMBER (SIN) 871-7, CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT, TO ACQUIRE CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT ASSIST (CMa) SERVICES FOR THE ROOF REPLACEMENT AND ASSOCIATED REPAIRS PROJECT AT THE GUS J. SOLOMON U.S. COURTHOUSE IN PORTLAND, OREGON. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO CURRENT BPA HOLDERS FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT, ABLE TO PERFORM IN BOISE, IDAHO. This is not a Request for Proposal. The Design and Construction Division, Northwest Arctic Region, General Services Administration (GSA), desires to obtain CM services for this Recovery-funded project. The resultant task will be awarded to a previously competed BPA contract holder against SIN 871-7, Art Anderson Associates, Inc., 202 Pacific Avenue, Bremerton, WA. This acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICs) code of 236220, Product Supply Code (PSC) of R499.
