- Description
- This is an American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) Procurement. The U.S. Forest Service, EROC-NW servicing Region 6 has a requirement to provide paint striping on four Forest Service Roads (FSR 14, 22, 27 & 42). The project consists of a base plus two options to provide Type B Pavement Marking to include approximately 419,198 LF of double solid yellow line, approximately 36,867 LF of skip yellow line and approximately 72,291 LF of solid yellow line (no pass) and skip yellow line in accordance with drawings and specifications. A negotiated, firm, fixed-price contract is contemplated requiring submission of a price quote and completion of a "Questionnaire". The magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000. The performance period is 30 calendar days. This procurement is unrestricted (open to all offerors) under FAR Subpart 19.10 - The Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program Act of 1988. Contractors are required to be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and the On-line Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA). The solicitation with specifications, drawings and wage rates will be posted to the https://www.fbo.gov/ website within the next 30 days. No hard copies of the solicitation and applicable amendments will be mailed or issued. To receive the solicitation package (Request for Quotation) and any applicable amendments, offerors must download them from the aforementioned website.
