The CT objectives are • Dismantle threat WMD and associated infrastructure; • Consolidate and secure threat WMD and related technology and materials; • Increase transparency and encourage higher standards of conduct; • Support defense and military cooperation with the objective of preventing proliferation, • Synchronize CTR activities with related U.S. Government and allied programs The purpose of this acquisition is to obtain professional advisory, management, and operational services necessary to support CT in its Cooperative Threat Reduction Program and associated mission areas.
