Description
THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS POSSESSING A PROGRAM SUPPORT CENTER (PSC) TASK ORDER CONTRACT. The purpose of this project is to determine the utility and scalability of technologies that facilitate automated dispute resolution and error correction of patient data contained in EHRs with secure portals for patient access. The anticipated work will include but is not limited to: 1) Identify existing and emerging technologies that facilitate automated dispute resolution and error correction for health information contained in EHRs. 2) Once relevant technologies are identified, assess, using scientifically valid methods, the effectiveness of these technologies and methodologies, including: the ability and ease of use, the level of human intervention involved, and stakeholder satisfaction with the outcome. 3) Deliver a 508 compliant report that provides an overview of the work and provides detail into the identification and testing of relevant technologies. Under this Contract, the Contractor shall have substantial knowledge in the identification, design, selection and testing of automated dispute and error resolution technologies related to the scope of this Contract. The Contractor shall have proven ability to test the strengths and weaknesses of technologies, using scientifically valid methods. Furthermore, the Contractor must possess a good track record in the development of reports that convey the project findings in an easy to read way for both a technical and non-technical audiences.
