- REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL Sacramento Job Corps is recruiting for licensed Mental Health Consultant to provide mental health services to students Necessary RFP documents and Statement of Work may be obtained from the Purchasing Department, on or after January 29, 2010. To request for the RFP package, please send an email to the buyer. Email address is rosario.jesse@jobcorps.org. Proposals must be received in the Purchasing Department to the attention of Jesse Rosario, Buyer, by 5:00 PM (Pacific Time) on February 22, 2010. A pre-proposal meeting and site walkthrough will be held on Tuesday, February 16, 2010 at 2:00 PM in the Conference Room. Attendance at this meeting is strongly encouraged. The assignment is located at: SACRAMENTO JOB CORPS CENTER 3100 MEADOWVIEW ROAD SACRAMENTO, CALIFORNIA 95832 Requirements: Doctorate in Psychiatry or Psychology with minimum of three (3) years clinical experience. Licenses: Licensed Psychiatrist or Psychologist, licensed in California. This is an average of twenty four (24) hours per week assignment. Schedule of hours and days will be provided by the Center Director based on what is best to meet the needs of the students. The period of performance will be in effect through June 30, 2010, with the possibility of three (3) one-year extensions, contingent upon mutual written agreement between Center and Subcontractor and approval from US Department of Labor. It is anticipated that the Request for Proposal (RFP) shall become the final contractual document provided to the successful bidder with minor revisions incorporating appropriate aspects of the bidder's proposal. Bidders should therefore review the format and clauses of the contract in order to prepare a response to provide MENTAL HEALTH services. The Sacramento Job Corps Center reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or waive formalities in the bidding process.
