This is a recovery act project, and it is being awarded off a previously competed IDIQ contract.This opportunity is available only to contractors under the VISN 12 North Chicago VA A/E Contract (VA69D-P-1053 Bailey Edward Architecture); The Government anticipates entering into negotiations for a Task Order, with Bailey Edward Architecture, 35 East Wacker Drive, Suite 2800, Chicago, IL 60604 for the architect-engineering services for this project to include: Submittal review, review of site layout at beginning of construction, A/E Services to develop Cathodic Protection & Paint Water Tower Provide Architect/Engineer design services at the North Chicago VA Medical Center, for the Cathodic Protection and Paint the Water Tower.
