Description: This is a notice of intent that WR-ALC anticipates issuing a contract for the purchase of obtaining CORE SOFTWARE SUSTAINMENT; Engineering Services support of the AN/USM-464A Tester Program. This will be Cost Plus Fixed Fee contract with a quantity of 1LO. This effort is to meet the requirements for engineering support of the AN/USM-464A Program during CORE Software sustainment efforts. This includes analysis, problem investigation, problem resolution, regression, validation, and integration testing. The contractor shall provide overall technical support in support of the AN/USM-464A software process. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate Sole Source, Other than full and Open Competition with BAE SYSTEMS, NASHUA N.H.; CAGE Code: 94117, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is a request for proposal. All proposals received within forty-five days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified below for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition.
