Description

The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL intends to award a sole source contract to Sports Network International, 775 Fentress Blvd, Daytona Beach, FL 32114, to furnish all tools, labor, supplies, shipping and handling, and materials for the following: CLIN 0001: Best of Drill ECHO Series DVD Videos (2009 Finals), Qty: 400 each CLIN 0002: Shipping Charges There will be no written solicitation issued. This is an intent to purchase a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. If there are any other businesses that can provide the specified DVD videos, those parties interested must be able to show they have the proper distribution rights for these products, they must respond to this notice before 4:00 PM (Central Time) on 1 February 2010. If no responsible, responsive offers are received by the above date, a sole source contract will be issued to Sports Network International, Inc.
