- The purpose of this requirement is to seek qualified contractors to perform janitorial services for Miami Air Route Traffic Control Center (ARTCC), Miami, FL. This requirement is 100% set-aside for Small Business Administration Certified Small and Economically Disadvantaged Businesses [SEDB 8(a)]. The FAA intends to award a firm fixed price contract. The period of performance is estimated to begin on/or about 1 April 2010, for a base period of twelve (12) months with four (4) one year option periods for renewal. All companies submitting a proposal must be registered and active in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Data Base at http://www.ccr.gov before an award can be made North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561720, the size standard is: $16.5 Million We are limiting consideration for offeror principle place of business within a 150 mile radius of the Miami Air Route Traffic Control Center (ARTCC), 7500 NW 58th Street, Miami, FL 33166 for the duration of the contract. There will be one site visit scheduled for Tuesday, February 9, 2010 at 9:00 a.m. (Eastern Standard Time) at the District Office located at 7500 NW 58th Street, Miami, FL 33166.
