Description

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to issue a purchase order on a sole source basis to West Publishing Corporation for the 2010 Bankruptcy Digest Volume Extensions. The Bankruptcy Digest Volume Extensions are additional volumes to the current fiscal year subscription service (October 1, 2009 – September 30, 2010). All responsible sources who can provide the above requirements shall submit written quotations no later than 15 days from the published date of this announcement. No solicitation will be issued, therefore, all requests for the solicitation will be considered non-responsive. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government. All questions must be submitted in writing and received by email to Contract Specialist, Robert Bell at Robert.L.Bell@irs.gov and Contracting Officer, Sharlene Hagans at Sharlene.A.Hagans@irs.gov or facsimile (202) 283-1365. If no affirmative responses are received the award will be made to West Publishing Corporation.
