- ARRA PROJECT - FUNDED BY THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009. The Burea of Land Management, Ridgecrest Field Office, a D6M or equivalent Angle Dozer with ripper attachments, equipment operator, fuel and maintenance of equipment for twenty (20) days, eight (8) hours per day - Monday through Friday. Provide mobilization and demobilization of equipment to and from the Rand mine Headquarters located at Johanasburg, CA. This requirement is for reclamation of routes and/or trails identified by BLM staff which lead to and from Abandoned Mine Lands (AML), and all in the area of Red Mountain Mining District. The objective of this project is to reclaim a number of off-highway vehicle routes which are not designated or open for vehicle travel. A pre-bid conference is scheduled on Wednesday, February 10, 2010 at 9:00 A.M. (PST).
