- RECOVERY - IP/DIGITAL TELEPHONE SYSTEMS IDIQ In compliance with the transparency and accountability requirements associated with the supplemental appropriations provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (the 'Act'), Public Law 111-5, this notice is provided for INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The Department of the Interior, U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), intends to modify established contract number G09PC00066 awarded to Avaya Federal Solutions, Inc. of Herdon, Virginia to include provisions and requirements for the Act. Upon execution of this modification, the USGS intends to issue one or more delivery orders against contract G09PC00066 for IP/ Digital telephone systems, utilizing funds provided by the Act. This is within the scope of the existing contract, which was originally awarded on a competitive basis. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE INCUMBENT CONTRACTOR. ATN: SV0009CX.
