This is a sourced control drawing Proprietary to : Unison Industries, LLC (59501) P/N 64095, Page Chester, LTD (81482) P/N 64095 and General Electric Company (99207) P/N 4006T42P01, data, drawings or specification relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. RFP is Unrestricted. FOB is Destination. Inspection and Acceptance will be at Origin. Delivery is 72 DARO. Stock shipments will be within the continental U.S. Automated Best Value System will apply: award will be based on price offered and past performance. Solicitation ISSUE DATE is 02/05/10. Solicitation closes on 03/05/10. Estimated annual demand quantity for base year is 96. The GM for the Base year is 24 each. The Maximum Annual Contract Qty is 192.
