Description: RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): Open to all small businesses This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Pre-fabricated steel building shall be to the following specifications: a.Building shall measure 200L X 140W X 25 H b.Building shall be of all steel construction. c.All major building components and hardware shall be constructed of a material that will resist corrosion or be covered with a corrosion resistant coating. d.Building shall have 2 - 8 X 16factory located overhead door openings and will include roll-up doors and all necessary installation hardware and trim. e.Building shall have 4 standard factory located exterior door openings and will include all doors and necessary installation hardware and trim. f.Buildings roof shall be insulated with at least 3 thick fiberglass insulation g.Buildings roof shall be fitted with 10 skylights placed at locations to be determined by existing location of Coho Salmon rearing tanks. See attached drawing of existing floor-plan for current tank locations. h.Buildings roof shall be fitted with 2 12 X 10 ridge vents i.All exterior trim, rain gutters and down spouts shall be included. j.All building hardware shall be made of a material that will resist corrosion. k.Building shall have the ability to sustain winds of up to 85 MPH. l.Building shall meet all federal, state and local seismic regulations. m.Building shall be built in adherence to the 2007 California Building Code. n.Building will be supplied with state stamped engineered drawings, assembly instructions and anchor bolt location layouts.
