- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. U.S. Army, Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) seeks quotes for the renewal ofannual Oracle software support in accordance with the specifications outlined in CLINS 0001 0005 below. This proprietary software product was developed by Oracle and the agency has continual need for support services as outlined below. The selected NAICS code is 423430, Computer and Computer Peripheral Equipment and Software Merchant Wholesalers with size standard of 100 employees. Responses must be in writing and must provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offerors bona fide capability to provide these items. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. Responses shall be submitted via email if the total file size is less than 5MB to andrew.urben@us.army.mil. Otherwise, responses must be submitted via hard copy to: US Army MICC, Andrew Urben, 9410 Jackson Loop Suite 203, Fort Belvoir, VA 22060.
