- This solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-03. Request for Proposal (RFP) number is W91TBH93251501. The NAICS Code is 721110 size standard 7.0 mil. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Center Fort Sam Houston, intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract, based on the lowest price, for Contractor to provide conference rooms in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement. Conditions of award, the offerer shall meet requirement in its entirety for consideration. Period of Performance is anticipated to commence on 11 April 2010 and end on 16 April 2010. The following contract line item numbers (CLIN) are applicable to this requirement. Remarks: (1)Proposals shall include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3 (2) All responsible vendors may submit a proposal, which shall be considered. It is anticipated that award will be made without discussions; although, the government reserves the right to hold discussions if necessary (3) Proposals must be received by 29 January 2010, 4:00 p.m. Central Standard Time and reference the RFP number.
