- The United States Government intends to award a Superseding lease using Other than Full and Open Competition for an existing lease for the Transportation Security Administration that is expiring in Grand Forks, North Dakota at the Grand Forks Regional Airport. The Government requires 290 rentable square feet of space yielding a minimum of 1,408 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet and 8 adjacent parking spaces. The space must be located on the airport property, be contiguous, and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alteration must be included as part of the rental consideration.
