- Description
- The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL intends to award a sole source contract to West Publishing Corporation, to furnish all tools, labor, supplies, shipping and handling, and materials for the following: CLIN 0001: Government Contractor Updates, Qty: 21 Ea CLIN 0002: Federal Practice Digest Updates, Qty: 2 Ea CLIN 0003: Military Justice Reporter Updates, Qty: 153 Ea There will be no written solicitation issued. This is an intent to purchase a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. If there are any other businesses that can provide the specified legal publications, interested parties must be able to show they have the proper distribution rights for these products, they must respond to this notice before 2:00 PM (Central Time) on 19 January 2010. If no responsible, responsive offers are received by the above date, a sole source contract will be issued to West Publishing Corporation.
