Description

RFQ-ABA-10-0002 COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION The Bureau of Public Debt, Administrative Resource Center, on behalf of the United States Access Board, has the need for hotel rooms and a meeting room with accessibility requirements, audio visual equipment, and Continental Breakfast Services in Washington, DC for its March 2010 Board Meeting. The Board meets five times a year in Washington, DC. It needs hotel meeting space and sleeping rooms for about 14 Board members from outside of Washington. Interested offerors may register at http://www.fedbizopps.gov to receive notification when any amendments are issued and available for downloading. Please note that the General Services Administration provides the notification service as a convenience and does not guarantee that notifications will be received by all persons on the mailing list. Therefore, we recommend that you monitor the FedBizOpps site for all information relevant to desired acquisitions. Questions pertaining to this Solicitation shall be submitted no later than January 15, 2010 at 12:00pm ET. Responses to this request can be emailed to psb3@bpd.treas.gov - Attention: G.
