Description

RECOVERY-The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS), Region 5, has a requirement for the removal and replacement of the existing gate, removal and replacement of approximately 33' x 34' bituminous concrete pavement, creation of a concrete pad to support the aluminum sliding electric gate in accordance with the manufacturer's requirement, and all electrical work required to provide a fully operational electric gate at Great Swamp National Wildlife Refuge located in Basking Ridge, NJ. An award will be made to the qualified contractor offering the best value to the government. The estimated magnitude for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. This project is set-aside for small business, size standard $14 million. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 238910. The solicitation package, including the technical specifications and RFQ documents, will be posted to www.fbo.gov on or about January 19, 2010. Due date for the RFQ is 4:00 PM EST, February 16, 2010. The contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov and complete Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA) at www.bpn.gov, to be eligible for award.
