- RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The USDA, ARS, awarded a firm fixed price task order modification to HDR Architecture, Inc., of Alexandria, VA, under task order AG-3K15-D-09-0041 for A-E services. The purpose of this mod involves CCTV inspection of the existing sanitary sewers to determine if they need to be relined or replaced. The place of this necessary design change order work is at the National Animal Disease Center in Ames, Iowa. The task order was issued against an existing contract which was competed in accordance with the Brooks Act and awarded as an A-E, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity Contract.
