- PRON: AX0C0028AX, NSN: 1730-99-243-1856, P/N: JMP/SHWR/D/0376/C800/BH, NOUN: Washing Rig, Mobile and Quantity: Minimum/20 each, Maximum/120 each five year IDIQ applicable to BK: CH-47 CHINOOK weapon system. Production Lead-time without First Article Testing is 20 each 210 days after contract award with delivery to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5002. The data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation. This item is sole source to A.T. Juniper Liverpool LTD, Cage Code U2066. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation however; the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. No telephone request will be accepted. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
