- Amendment 0001 pages 2 & 3 Amendment 0001 page 1 The closing date remains as 25 Jan 2010, 2:00 p.m. Pacific time. Amendment 0001 to the Solicitation, AG-9702-S-10-0107, is attached. The amendment is issued because of the adverse weather conditions within the project site. Therefore, a site visit may not be accomplished. Instead of quoting a lump sum price to the statement of work, I have included the quantities under Section B, Schedule of Items and added appropriate clauses to the solicitation. You may download the amendment which consists of three pages below.
