Description

Contractor shall provide all supervision, coordination, planning, labor and materials as required to build two (2) new office, provide electrical and data to two (2) workstation areas, and install new light switches in conference rooms for ODAR located @ 800 E. Colorado Blvd., Suite #500, Pasadena, CA, per the specifcations. Esimated completion: 30 calendar days. Plans and specification packages will be available on or after January 8, 2010. This procurement is reserved for small business under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The estimated price range is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Plans and specifications will be available on or after January 8, 2010. GSA is not issuing this solicitation electronically.
