- Delineated Area Map for Christian County, Taylorville, IL Government Seeks to Lease 3,850 RSF of Space in Taylorville, IL Wanted to Lease by USDA REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Farm Service Agency in Christian County, Taylorville, Illinois is interested in leasing approximately 3,850 rentable square feet together with 23 on-site paved parking spaces in a lot under Lessor’s control with space for pull thru trucks and trailers. The rentable space shall yield a minimum of 3,500 ANSI/BOMA Office space to a maximum of 3,700 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet of contiguous first class, high quality office space. The lease term is 10 years. Preference will be given to first floor and single tenancy space. The Government Will Not Pay For Any Costs Incurred As A Result Of This Advertisement. DELINEATED AREA: The Delineated area for the Christian County, IL, USDA Service Center is within or fronting the following boundaries: North - E 1600 N Rd., south on N 1400 E Rd., north on IL Route 48, east on E 1550 N Rd.; East by N 1600 E Rd.; South by E 1200 N Rd., north on E Park Street (Rt. 29), west on W. Lake Shore Drive, west on W Sunset Drive, north on Cherokee Rd., west on Jaycee Dr. (IL Route 48); East by S Supresser Street, north on Briarcliff Rd., east on Langleyville Rd., north on N 1075 E Rd., north on N 1100 E Rd. This space must have easy access to primary roads. See attachment for delineated map. OCCUPANCY: Space to be ready by March 31, 2010 or four (4) months after lease award which ever is later. EXPRESSION OF INTEREST SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: 1. Building Name and Address, and location of space in the building. 2. Amount of square feet available (Rentable and ANSI/BOMA Office Space). 3. Contact Information for Owner or Authorized Agent and evidence of authority to represent the owner.
