Description

The Conservation Land Management Branch (CLM), Division of Training, National Conservation Training Center (NCTC), of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) in Shepherdstown, WV is seeking an experienced subject matter expert for updating and employing existing course materials from established curriculum and to instruct the courses entitled "Habitat Management Planning" (WLD2125) and "Refuge Comprehensive Conservation Planning" (WLD2126). The dates for this classes are March 9-11, 2010 and March 16-19, 2010 respectively. Offeror must be knowledgeable of the National Wildlife Refuge Improvement Act of 1997. See attached statement of work. Award will be made only if the offeror, the product/service or the manufacturer meets qualification requirement at time of award, in accordance with FAR clause 52.209-1 or 52.209-2. The solicitation issued concurrently with this announcement identifies the office where additional information can be obtained concerning qualification requirements is cited in each individual solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered by this agency.
