Description

PROJECT TITLE: Visitor Center Halon Fire Suppression System Replacement PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Contractor shall furnish all materials, labor and equipment necessary to perform all work associated with the removal and replacement of the existing halon fire suppression system at the DeSoto National Wildlife Refuge Visitor Center. ESTIMATED MAGNITUDE: The magnitude of this requirement in terms of physical characteristics and estimated price range is between $250,000 and $500,000. This procurement is issued unrestricted and is NOT set-aside exclusively for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 238220, Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning Contractors. The Small Business Association size standard is $14M. The Solicitation Package, including Drawings and Specifications, will be available via electronic commerce at http://ideasec.nbc.gov and http://www.fedbizopps.gov, on January 22, 2010. SITE VISIT: A pre-bid meeting will be held on January 27th, 2010 at 10:00AM local time at the DeSoto National Wildlife Refuge Visitor Center.
